Sales/Customer Service Representative

Our ambition for this role is that it will develop and evolve depending on the ability and ambition of the individual.
The ideal candidate would be an integral part of a small motivated team and be capable of taking responsibility when necessary.

It is effectively a Sales/Customer Service Representative role – it will primarily involve the following elements;

• Showroom Sales
• Regularly Updating & Reviewing Pricing and point of sale in the showroom
• Customer Service – Before & After Sales

Working Week; 8.30am until 5.00pm, or, 9.00am until 5.30pm
This will include 2 Saturdays in 4 week rota, with weekday off in lieu.

Anticipated Salary ranging between £20k – £24k initially based on experience
Additional bonus payable quarterly on achievement of Company targets

Trainee Warehouse Operations Manager role – Sawston / St Ives

Our ambition for this role is that it will develop and evolve as the business becomes busier depending on the ability and ambition of the individual.
The ideal candidate would be happy to be a key part of a small motivated team and be happy & capable of taking responsibility when necessary.

It is effectively a Trainee Warehouse Operations Manager role – it will primarily involve the following elements;

The Warehouse environment including Health & Safety, Training, Checking, Labelling and Putting away of products, (SOME HEAVY LIFTING IS REQUIRED)
Returns including liaising with suppliers on damaged, faulty products
Booking in delivered products involving computer work and awareness of product codes
Communicating Warehouse Progress with Customer Service ie advising of complete orders
Delivery logistics ensuring that our delivery service is both efficient, top class and cost effective
2nd Driver in the short term, and later to cover for holidays as a 2nd driver
Plus
In the first 12 months, the candidate would also be involved in Customer Service & Purchasing, as holiday cover and to provide an extra skill set.
