Here at Cambridgeshire Bathrooms, we pride ourselves on the standard of Customer Service we provide to our customers. In today’s world we feel that the personal touch is all important and make this a key priority for our business.

We have a designated team to ensure a smooth journey from the time of placing an order with our Design professionals. During this process, our Delivery Scheduling representative will keep the customer informed of our supplier deliveries schedules, to ensure that everything is available on time for the bathroom installation. The customer can then book a 4-hour time slot for their delivery which is then carried out with care by our own in-house delivery team.

We have specialist Customer Service personnel who deal with any after sales issues that may occur and can also provide ongoing access to spare parts long after the original supply date.

Our aim is to ensure our Customer’s receive a Premium quality service to match the Premium quality products we supply.


Most bathrooms are only replaced every 15 to 20 years, therefore at Cambridgeshire Bathrooms, we endeavour to put everything in place to give you the best result. Once the customer has decided upon the design and products for their new bathroom, the quality and finish of the installation will be the next step to ensure the finished bathroom meets, and exceeds expectations.

Cambridgeshire Bathrooms partner with a number of highly recommended specialist bathroom installers to make your new bathroom project hassle free.


  • Our default position for deliveries is that we will unload your products into a Garage, Out building or Entrance hall. We have a contingency procedure for customers who may not have the ability to store their products outside. Please mention this when arranging your delivery with our Delivery Scheduling team and they will discuss our ‘Home Delivery Requirements’ procedure.
  • Once our driver has checked that all your products are present and correct, we will ask you to confirm your delivery with a signature on our copy of the Delivery note.


  • Collections can be made from our Sawston Warehouse between 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday. To ensure the safety of our staff and customers, you will be allocated a 1-hour Collection slot upon confirmation with our Customer Service team. If you are due to collect products from our Fenstanton Showroom, arrangements will be made at the point of scheduling your collection.
  • Should you wish to collect on a Saturday, please give us 48 hour’s notice as the goods will need to be prepared for collection by our Warehouse team.
